All donations to Oxford Hills Athletic Boosters Association are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.  OHABA is a nonprofit charitable organization and is exempt from federal taxes under 501(c)(3) Internal Revenue Code as a member of Parent Booster USA’s group exemption #5271.

In accordance with IRS rules and regulations, donors are advised to verify the 501(c)(3) tax exempt status of a member of a group exemption with the parent organization (PBUSA) at www.parentbooster.org.
